Called Tim around 830am. Son locked his keys in his car on a job site. FIRST DAY OF NEW JOB!! I was desperate to try to get him help. I was 90 minutes away in PA. Tim answered the phone and told me he would be there by 11-1130am. He texted my son and got the car unlocked! Great service! Took credit card over the phone, emailed receipt. Couldn't have been easier!
