Called Tim around 830am. Son locked his keys in his car on a job site. FIRST DAY OF NEW JOB!! I was desperate to try to get him help. I was 90 minutes away in PA. Tim answered the phone and told me he would be there by 11-1130am. He texted my son and got the car unlocked! Great service! Took credit card over the phone, emailed receipt. Couldn't have been easier!
We were moving into our new home and needed the locks changed ASAP. They were able to come in less than 24 hours and did the job on the spot. A wonderful father / son team who worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. When asked I told them I found them online and chose them because of the great reviews!
Tim is a professional through and through. He was friendly, personable, and got my safe open, which was the important part. Tim was punctual, called me ahead of time to make sure we were still on, and was quick to get the safe open. You won't go wrong with this company; they did a great job by me.
I lost my car keys the day before I was about to leave for my vacation! Tim was a lifesaver! He came out to me, made a key for my car, (chip key I was told). I called other locksmiths in the area and the dealer and his prices were very reasonable. He also was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Great attention to detail ! Tim installed the lock within minutes and it works great. If you need a locksmith, I suggest you hire AA Smith and Sons! Very responsive to my initial call and follow-ups.
I lost my car keys and I called around for help from other locksmiths but apparently, they don't make what is known as "chip" keys. I was about to pay a lot of money to tow my car to the dealer. A man by the name of Tim came out and he had a machine that could make me a chip key right on the spot! I was very pleased with his service and also saved me a lot of money!
Excellent job well done. Extremely pleased. Very courteous, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Will use them again and highly recommend them!
Great job! Local company! Very responsive and reliable! Did what they said they would do on the day they promised and at a reasonable price!
Excellent experience! Very professional. Arrived on time. I highly recommend AA Smith & Sons!
